Maya Palace would like to thank The League of Mexican American Women  (LMAW) for once again letting us be part of their annual fashion show.

Models of all ages from the charity dawned brightly colored attire from a curated selection of Maya Palace favorites and new arrivals. “Maya Palace has beautiful clothing, so it brings a level of elegance, so it hopefully encourages people to donate and also to come into the shop,” LMAW fashion show co-chair Lisa Sofias said.

The event held in May at Four Points by Sheraton Tucson Airport, originally was designed as a fundraiser for the organizations scholarship program. But LMAW fashion show co-chair Drisana Ross explains that it’s evolved to hold even more meaning. “For our community, it brings us back together. It’s like seeing family – it’s like a tradition for the league,” Ross said.
